1. Check-in and Check-out Times:

• Check-in time is at 2:00 PM.

• Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.

• Late check-out may be available for an additional fee.

2. Maximum Occupancy:

• Each room has a specific occupancy designation and max limit. Each additional guest beyond the occupancy designation will incur a daily fee of 10,000 KRW per additional guest.

3. Smoking Policy:

• Oasis Inn is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas.

4. Fire Safety:

• No open flames or fire are allowed indoors.

  • 실내에서는 열기나 불을 사용하실 수 없습니다.

5. Noise Policy:

• Loud noise is not permitted after 10:00 PM.

• Amplified music is not allowed in the rooms.

  • 밤 10시 이후에는 큰 소음을 내시면 안 됩니다.
  • 객실에서 증폭된 음악 사용은 금지되어 있습니다.

6. Fireworks:

• Lighting fireworks on the premises is strictly prohibited.

  불꽃놀이:

  • 숙소 내에서 불꽃놀이를 사용하실 수 없습니다.

7. Drug and Alcohol Policy:

• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited.

• Underage drinking is not allowed.

  약물 및 음주 정책:

  • 불법 약물의 사용은 금지되어 있습니다.
  • 미성년자의 음주는 허용되지 않습니다.

8. Legal Compliance:

• No illegal activities are allowed on the premises.

  • 숙소 내에서 불법 활동을 하실 수 없습니다.

9. Sea Animals and Gear:

• No clams or any other sea animals are allowed in the rooms.

• Clam digging equipment and gear are not permitted in the rooms.

• Guests must ensure no sand is brought into the rooms.

  해산물 및 장비 규정:

  • 객실 내에서 조개나 다른 해산물을 허용하실 수 없습니다.
  • 객실 내에서 조개 채취 장비 사용은 금지되어 있습니다.
  • 모래가 객실 안으로 들어오지 않도록 하셔야 합니다.

10. Cleanliness and Waste Disposal:

• All dishes, plates, cups, and cutlery should be cleaned after use.

• All recyclable items must be properly recycled in the designated recycling area.

• All food waste must be properly disposed of in the designated food waste bag.

• The room deposit may be forfeited, and an additional cleaning fee may be applied for excessive dirty room, vomit, feces, and/or other unsanitary conditions.

  청결 및 폐기물 처리:

  • 사용한 모든 접시, 그릇, 컵, 식기류는 사용 후 반드시 세척하셔야 합니다.
  • 모든 재활용 가능한 물품은 지정된 재활용 구역에서 적절히 재활용하셔야 합니다.
  • 모든 음식물 쓰레기는 지정된 음식물 쓰레기 봉투에 적절히 처리하셔야 합니다.

11. Responsibility for Damage:

• Guests are responsible for any breakage or damage to the room, furniture, fixtures, or decorations.

  • 객실, 가구, 설비 또는 장식품에 대한 파손 또는 손상에 대한 책임은 게스트에게 있습니다.

12. Pet Policy:

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Any urine, feces, vomit, or other pet waste not properly cleaned will incur additional cleaning charges.

  반려동물 정책:

  • 반려동물을 동반한 고객은 반려동물의 배설물을 청소하셔야 합니다. 제대로 청소되지 않은 소변, 배설물, 구토 또는 기타 반려동물의 폐기물로 인해 추가 청소 비용이 부과됩니다.
