Privacy Policy

Last Updated: February 4, 2026

Oasis Innovations Limited (the Provider) highly values your privacy protection. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use the Game, and outlines your privacy rights under applicable laws (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)).

1. Information We Collect

We adhere to the principle of data minimization and only collect information necessary to provide and optimize the Game. We do not collect or process sensitive personal information (e.g., race, religion, immigration status, health data). The information we collect falls into two categories:

1.1 Personal Information Collected via Platform

Your Game access is linked to your account. We receive limited account information from the platform (pursuant to the platform's Privacy Policy and your platform consent), including:

  • User ID (anonymous unique identifier)
  • Age group (e.g., 18-24, no precise birth date)
  • Regional location (country/region, no precise geolocation)

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other direct personal identifiers unless voluntarily provided by you (e.g., for customer support).

1.2 Non-Personal Game Usage Data

We automatically collect non-identifiable data about your Game activity to improve performance and user experience, including:

  • Game session duration, level progress, and in-game actions (e.g., hints used, score achieved)
  • Device information (e.g., mobile device model, operating system version, screen resolution)
  • Technical data (e.g., Game crash logs, loading speed, network connection type)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information only for the following purposes:

  • To provide and operate the Game (e.g., verify account access, load game levels, track in-game progress)
  • To optimize and improve the Game (e.g., fix bugs, adjust level difficulty, enhance user experience based on aggregated usage data)
  • To display in-game leaderboards (rankings are linked to anonymous user IDs, no personal information is displayed)
  • To respond to your customer support inquiries (if you voluntarily provide contact information)
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations (e.g., responding to lawful government requests for data disclosure)

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, nor do we sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With Platform: We share non-identifiable game usage data with the platform to comply with platform requirements and enable platform-integrated features (e.g., leaderboards)
  • With Service Providers: We may share anonymized data with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Game (e.g., cloud hosting, data analytics). These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or in response to valid legal requests (e.g., court orders, government investigations)
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of the Provider's assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. You will be notified via the Game or platform if such a transfer occurs

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Storage Period

We retain your personal information for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Anonymized game usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytical and optimization purposes.

For users under 13 (COPPA-covered users), personal information is retained only with verifiable parental consent and will be deleted upon parental request or when no longer necessary for the Game.

4.2 Security Measures

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission between your device and our servers
  • Restricted access to personal information (only authorized staff may access it for legitimate business purposes)
  • Regular security audits and updates to protect against emerging threats

While we use industry-standard security measures, no electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., EU/EEA for GDPR, California for CCPA), you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information
  • Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention obligations)
  • Right to Restriction: Request restriction of the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances
  • Right to Data Portability: Request transfer of your personal information to another controller (where applicable)
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information (where processing is based on consent)

For users under 13, parents/legal guardians may exercise these rights on the child's behalf by submitting a verifiable request (pursuant to COPPA).

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise your privacy rights, contact us at service@oasis-inn.com with the subject line Privacy Request. We will respond to valid requests within the time frame required by applicable law (e.g., 30 days for CCPA, 1 month for GDPR). We may request proof of identity to verify the validity of your request.

6. Children's Privacy

The Game is not specifically targeted at children under 13. However, we comply with COPPA and applicable local minor protection laws for children who use the Game:

  • We do not collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent
  • Parents/legal guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's personal information by contacting us at the email address above
  • We do not share children's personal information with third parties, except as required by law or to provide the Game's core features
  • Children's account data is set to private by default (no public sharing of game activity)

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction (including the Provider's operating country). We ensure that international data transfers comply with applicable law, including:

  • For GDPR-covered users: Transfers are made pursuant to EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other approved transfer mechanisms
  • For U.S. users: Transfers comply with COPPA and U.S. state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA)

You acknowledge that the data protection laws of the receiving country may differ from those of your jurisdiction, and we will take all reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our services and store certain information. These technologies help us understand game usage patterns and improve user experience. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent, but this may affect certain game features.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices or applicable law. Any changes will be posted in the Game or on our designated page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of the Game after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
