1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or playing the Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Provider's Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the User) and the Provider. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Game.

If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Game with the verifiable consent of your parent or legal guardian, who shall be responsible for your compliance with these Terms. For users under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), compliance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable local minor protection laws is mandatory.

2. Game Use Rights and Restrictions

2.1 Permitted Use

The Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may access the Game's features (including single-player levels, leaderboard rankings, and in-game rewards) in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct

You shall not engage in any of the following activities while using the Game:

• Modify, hack, reverse engineer, or tamper with the Game's code, assets, or underlying technology
• Use third-party cheats, bots, or automation tools to gain an unfair in-game advantage
• Misrepresent your identity, forge in-game data, or manipulate leaderboard rankings
• Violate Community Guidelines or any applicable local, national, or international laws
• Reproduce, distribute, or monetize the Game or its content without the Provider's written permission

3. In-Game Content and Virtual Items

All in-game content (including graphics, sound effects, characters, and levels) is the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws worldwide. No right, title, or interest in such content is transferred to you.

Virtual items (e.g., in-game weapons, hints) are for in-game use only and have no monetary value. They cannot be sold, traded, or transferred for real currency or other consideration. The Provider reserves the right to adjust or remove virtual items at its sole discretion, with prior notice where required by law.

4. Account and Data

Your Game access may be linked to your account. The Provider shall not be liable for any loss or compromise of your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

The Provider may collect and process your Game usage data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that Game data (excluding personal information) may be used to optimize Game performance and update features.

5. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Game is provided on an as is and as available basis without any warranties. The Provider makes no warranties that:

• The Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• The Game's features, rewards, or leaderboards will meet your requirements
• Any in-game data or results will be accurate or retained in perpetuity

All implied warranties (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement) are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game (including loss of data, profits, or access)
• The total aggregate liability of the Provider to you for any claim related to the Game shall not exceed $0 USD, as the Game is provided free of charge
• This limitation of liability shall not apply to damages arising from the Provider's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, COPPA)

7. Changes to the Terms

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at its sole discretion. Any changes will be posted in the Game or on the Provider's designated page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of the Game after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

The Provider may suspend or terminate your Game access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your use of the Game at any time by ceasing access to it. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms shall immediately expire.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, excluding its conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the arbitration rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and resolved by a single arbitrator in Singapore.

10. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Provider regarding the Game, superseding all prior oral or written agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The Provider's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
